Rachel Papworth is an evaluator with over 30 years’ experience of identifying what helps and what hinders successful project implementation. She holds a post-graduate qualification in Applied Social Research and has helped over 100 charities, community groups and public sector organisations to improve their effectiveness, focusing in particular on assisting disadvantaged and socially excluded people to access training and employment.
Rachel works through Papworth Research and Consultancy Ltd, the company she set up in 1997, having previously worked for organisations including the Institute for Employment Studies and leading labour market consultancies.
Her experience includes chairing a charity board and managing a £370K project which amalgamated four organisations to restructure support to Brighton & Hove’s community groups and voluntary organisations.
