Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust – Engagement Strategy
The Tavi is a NW London MH Trust that specialises in pyscho-social interventions with people who have severe mental health problems. We undertook research followed by a stakeholder workshop that generated next steps for user involvement and options and recommendations (around activities and systems for embedding engagement) for its refreshed engagement strategy.
Making Sense and Making use of Patient Experience Data
Together with MES (http://www.membra.co.uk/) we explored the views of patient experience managers and how they make sense and make use of patient experience data. In the first research of its kind, we identified how patient experience data is being used for assurance and governance, and for improvement and what is getting in the way of effective use of data.
